To be able to satisfy our individual customer’s needs, all our products are built to order and, by following the ISO 9001:2008 procedures, high quality standards are achieved, together with fast delivery times. The entire design and production processes are managed in the company’s own premises. They control the drawings from proposal to as-built, welding, mechanization, thermal treatments, electrical systems, electronic systems, assembly, and quality control.

Each piece of component is meticulously checked for its workability by our highly experience engineer and latest engineering software following to BMU standards prior to manufacturing.

The manufacturing process is watched closely by our technical department to ensure that by the end of the production cycle, all the items have gone through quality check and ready for delivery on time.

We have manufacturing units across Dubai which also include Assembly and Testing Bays. These follow industry specific ERP system with a strong record of an approved vendor list, which also allows ‘just in time’ practice for our inventory.

Malt group products are CE standard verified to EN -1808 under the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
